Founded in 2011 by Ardian Rusta, after years of experience working with leading firms such as Kier Group, Mountfield, and Balfour Beatty, TBS brings together over 15 years of expertise in the construction industry. Today, Ardian runs the company alongside his wife, Ervisa Rusta, and sons, making it a true family business where every project is handled with pride and care.

Working closely with trusted architects and interior designers, the team combines technical knowledge with creativity to bring each client’s vision to life.
